Anti-Spam Policy

Last Updated: October 7, 2026

Temelio Inc. ("Temelio," "we," "us," or "our") does not send, and does not permit anyone to send on its behalf, unsolicited commercial email. This Anti-Spam Policy explains what email we send, how our sales team uses email, and what we prohibit. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to Temelio employees, contractors, consultants, affiliates, resellers, and any vendor or third party acting on our behalf. It covers any email that promotes Temelio or links to trytemelio.com, regardless of the domain or tool used to send it.

2. What We Send

Temelio sends email only to:

  • Registered users of the Temelio platform;
  • Individuals invited to the platform by a Temelio customer with whom they have a relationship;
  • Individuals who have subscribed to updates from Temelio; and
  • Individuals with a prior relationship with Temelio, as described in Section 3.

3. Sales Email

Our sales team emails prospective customers only when there is a prior relationship or request, for example when the person:

  • Requested a demo or information, or replied to Temelio;
  • Met a Temelio team member, such as at an event or on a call, and agreed to follow-up;
  • Was introduced to Temelio by a mutual contact; or
  • Responded to Temelio through another channel and agreed to be contacted by email.

Sales email is written to the individual, sent from the named Temelio employee's trytemelio.com mailbox, identifies Temelio as the sender, and honors any request to stop. We do not email people who have had no prior contact with Temelio.

4. Prohibited Practices

Temelio and anyone acting on its behalf may not:

  • Send unsolicited commercial or promotional email;
  • Use purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested email lists, or email addresses obtained by identifying website visitors;
  • Send email from lookalike, secondary, or proxy domains to disguise Temelio's identity or to protect the reputation of another domain;
  • Use automated mailbox warm-up or engagement-simulation services;
  • Use subject lines, such as "Re:", that falsely imply a prior conversation; or
  • Conceal or misrepresent the identity of the sender.

5. Opting Out

Every non-transactional email from Temelio identifies Temelio as the sender and includes a working way to opt out. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Transactional and account email, such as login codes, password notifications, and grant workflow notifications, is sent only in connection with an account or a customer's program.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you received email promoting Temelio that you did not request, please forward it, with full headers if possible, to abuse@trytemelio.com. We investigate every report.

7. Enforcement

Any violation of this policy by anyone acting on Temelio's behalf will result in termination of that relationship.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we change our email practices, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
